The Bonus Sights around Grants, New Mexico, were <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#090d8e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Sky City Cultural Center &amp; Haak&#8217;u Museum<\/mark><\/strong>, all about <strong>Acoma Pueblo<\/strong>, not only the Oldest Pueblo, but the oldest continuously inhabited community in the United States<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#090d8e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">New Mexico Mining Museum<\/mark><\/strong>, all about Uranium Mining in New Mexico, including, in the basement, a Uranium Mine experience!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#090d8e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Historic Route SNOW!!!<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Five nights in Grants, and it only <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#7896cd\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Snowed<\/mark><\/strong>, a <strong>little<\/strong>, the first night.  And it did get <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#7896cd\" class=\"has-inline-color\">COLD<\/mark><\/strong>&#8230;down to 14<sup>o<\/sup> one night!  This is hopefully our last snow of the 2023 winter, as our next stops should all be warmer, if you can trust the weather app!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1d6a06\" class=\"has-inline-color\">National Park Sites<\/mark><\/strong> which brought us to Grants, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1d6a06\" class=\"has-inline-color\">El Malpais<\/mark><\/strong> (#191) and <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1d6a06\" class=\"has-inline-color\">El Morro National Monuments<\/mark><\/strong> (#192), WOW!   <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1d6a06\" class=\"has-inline-color\">El Morro<\/mark><\/strong>, where&nbsp;ancestral Puebloans, Spanish, and American travelers carved over 2,000 signatures, dates, messages, and petroglyphs.  <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1d6a06\" class=\"has-inline-color\">El Malpais<\/mark><\/strong>, a diverse volcanic landscape with incredible geologic features such as lava flows, cinder cones, lava tube caves, and sandstone bluffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-autoplay=\"true\" data-delay=\"5\"
