Visiting with Family & Fixing up Lizzy

We camped in New Jersey for 2 weeks, to visited the Kids & Grandkids. They visited us, too, and swam in the pool, played in the playground, hung out at the campsite, and were strangely entertained by the pedal flush of Lizzy‘s toilet and the camp dumpsters! Who knew they could be so fascinating?

Note…We/Us, was sometimes just Mark, as Gail had to take a quick trip home in the middle of it all. So, Mark got some alone time with the kids AND did the Lizzy work alone…taking her in for a check-up at Colonial Airstream (where she got 3 new brakes) and giving her a good hand washing and her first waxing in a couple of years!

Gail’s last minute trip home

We got here on a Tuesday and by Friday Gail realized she would have to go home to renew her driver’s license, IN PERSON, before the end of July. Not much time left. So…she flew out late Fathers Day and returned on Saturday. How the HECK did she space it while home?!?

Oh Well. At least she got back in time to help Alyson deal with the broken dishwasher. And, she visited one more Thomas Dambo Troll in the Northwest!
