Sturbridge, Massachusetts
We just spent 2 weeks in Sturbridge, near where Gail grew up in East Brookfield, MA. We haven’t been back in over 2 years…and not for more than a few days since 2018. We spent most of our time hanging out, visiting friends and relatives, and…helping brother Brian remove the back end of the kitchen & bathhouse from our 1830 childhood home. He bought it when Dad died and a few of us helped him finish the gutting he wanted done, before the builders showed up this past Tuesday. Mark helped with the actual tear down (the kitchen roof & walls…and the oil furnace wiring) while Gail just helped move discarded material to the dumpster. Fun!
