After 5 days…3 long driving days, 2 stops
We stopped over in Twin Falls, Idaho and Pendleton, Oregon, just long enough to get a little more organized for returning home, and to add more ideas to our “Next Time” list!
In Twin Falls we did at least visit both the Twin Falls and Shoshone Falls of the Snake River (adding the upstream Idaho Falls and American Falls to our list). In Pendleton, Gail’s friend Gaye drove down from Kennewick, Washington for a lovely visit and lunch downtown at the iconic Hamley Steakhouse & Saloon. What a great little town! We’ll have to come back for a longer visit. Note, we arrived just 5 days after the annual Pendleton Round Up!
