NW/NE Family Visit Album at:
November 16, 2019-January 15, 2020
Overview
We took a 2 month break from “Life with Lizzy“, mid November to mid January. We took a Road Trip Home from Morgan Hill in November, spent the Holidays with various friends & relatives in the Northwest and Northeast, and took a Road Trip back to Lizzy in January.
Northwest
We were home in Bellevue November 16 – December 17 and January 5 – 15, spending time and Thanksgiving with Alyson, just hanging out, and visiting the Coast Guard Museum in Seattle.
Northeast
We took a trip to the northeast (and Mid-Atlantic) for Christmas and New Years (Dec 17-Jan 5), with 6 Stops, for lots of time with family and friends:
- Newark, NJ, day trip to NYC for touring and dinner with Kelly
- Manasquan, NJ to stay with Jeff-V & Sam for Jeff’s Bday and Christmas celebrations,
- New City, NY for a late Christmas Eve visit & early Christmas morning breakfast with RSE Brother John-Do & Patti (no pics)
- East Brookfield, MA for Christmas with Gail’s family
- DuBois, PA to visit Brother Dan-V in Beaver on the way to Donora
- Donora, PA for New Years with Brother Dave-V & Joy
We also “snuck in” visits to 3 National Park Sites:
- Two of the
National Parks of New York Harbor- Hamilton Grange National Memorial (#165)
- General Grant National Memorial (#166)
- One of the
New Jersey National Parks- Thomas Edison National Historic Park (#167)
