Left Seattle Area yesterday, after 3+ weeks at home
We didn’t do even half of what we had on our To-Do List! No surprise. We did get in all our planned (and follow-up) doctor & dentist visits and did the most pressing yard work (i.e. hedge trimming). Mark worked on a neighborhood irrigation issue (they miss him). And we got to visit with many of our local friends and family, at least once.
And Gail got some “Food Fixes”…Halibut & Sushi…good in Seattle!
A couple of Gail’s friend visits included much talking and good food, and only pictures of the food, not the friend!
She and Linda went to Cutters, just north of Pike Place Market, where Gail got her Halibut! After, they shared a crème brûlée, Linda introduced Gail to Bathtub Gin & Co, a really cool, hole-in-the-wall bar, where Gail had her first martini in YEARS.
With Jodene, Gail had a really nice sushi lunch at I Love Sushi, on Lake Bellevue, after going for a walk in Bellevue Botanical Gardens!
